Date Difference
Count the days, months or years between two dates.
Convert a date and time from one time zone to another.
Converts wall time using IANA zone names: it derives the source offset at that instant and iterates to land on the target zone, with daylight saving coming from the browser Intl data rather than a hardcoded offset table.
Converts wall time by IANA zone name: it derives the real UTC offset of the source zone at that instant, then iterates onto the target zone, so daylight-saving transition days work too.
Offsets come from the browser Intl data at conversion time rather than a hardcoded table, so a city automatically shifts by an hour around DST without maintaining two sets of numbers.
The result shows the target time, its local date and the UTC offset together; a conversion across zones can cross midnight, and the date follows.

The large figure is the target time; date and offset sit below.
Daylight saving. The same city has different offsets in January and July, and this tool uses the real offset for the date you entered. Hand calculations usually assume a fixed offset and break at DST.
When clocks spring forward there is an hour that does not exist; the browser Intl normalises it to the nearest valid instant. When clocks fall back the same wall time occurs twice and the runtime default decides which one.
